Data We Process

BDS Chat processes API requests, real estate search parameters, called endpoints, status codes, request duration, User-Agent, operational IP metadata, and API-key metadata such as tier and internal key ID. When partners register, we store the email, name, role, company, and contact details they provide.

Public AI Channels

ChatGPT Actions and similar AI channels are configured only with approved read-only endpoints. We do not require or store full ChatGPT conversation text in product analytics. Analytics records the metadata needed to operate the API, enforce rate limits, analyze endpoint usage, and separate traffic sources such as chatgpt.

How We Use Data

We use data to return API responses, operate authentication and rate limits, detect errors, protect the service, measure real estate data coverage, and prioritize product improvements. State land-price records, listings, planning signals, risk flags, and data-trust grades are reference data, not legal, planning, valuation, or investment advice.

Sharing And Security

We do not sell partner data. We may share data with infrastructure providers needed for hosting, analytics, security, and service operations. API keys must be kept secret; raw keys are shown only once when created or rotated.
